## About the Role

## Description

The Scrum Master will support new AI-led initiatives with development teams. They will manage the Scrum process, coach teams to higher maturity levels, and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework. The role involves facilitating Scrum training for team members and serving as the Scrum framework authority.

SCRUM Master - Responsibilities:

 * Act as a Scrum Master for 2+ Agile teams simultaneously
 * Remove impediments to help teams achieve Sprint goals
 * Support Product Owners in backlog and release plan maintenance
 * Facilitate creativity and empowerment within development teams
 * Organize and facilitate effective Scrum meetings
 * Track and communicate team velocity and Sprint/release progress to stakeholders
 * Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
