## About the Role

* Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
 * Experience in working with measurement systems.
 * Ability to work effectively in a global team.
 * Availability to travel to test sites and climb wind turbines.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
 * Analytical and clear-thinking mindset, capable of investigating issues, summarizing information, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions.
 * Basic Wind turbine system knowledge.
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
 * Valid class B driver's license.

Desired characteristics:

 * Experience in data analysis and software, Python, Matlab, FAMOS, or comparable. Skills with GitHub Copilot are a plus.
 * Previous experience in wind turbine design engineering.
 * Advanced degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

## Description

* Self-execute, or coordinate with third parties, field testing to contribute at designing, validating, and certifying onshore and offshore wind turbines.
 * Organization and procurement of test equipment, selection of vendor, communication and negotiations with vendor and external institutes.
 * Manage contracts with independent test institutes to ensure high-quality test data and reports are received on time.
 * Travel to global test site locations to install, monitor, troubleshoot data systems.
 * Reporting and communication to certification bodies.
 * Conduct the data analysis, and present the results to internal stakeholders.
 * Operate wind turbines in specific operation modes according to test requirements.
