## Description

Our ideal for someone who is passionate about enabling resources/people to achieve their full potential and driving excellence in learning and development. The Senior Associate, Technologist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy by leveraging Workday functionality. This position partners closely with the broader HRIS team, Organizational Learning partners, and L&D design and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of L&D priorities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HRIS Systems, preferably Workday's learning modules and reporting capabilities, helping to drive efficient processes and improve user experience. You will serve as a key partner in the design & delivery process, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards., * Collaborate with HRIS and L&D teams to implement and optimize Workday Learning functionalities in alignment with business goals.

 * Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Learning workflows, ensuring smooth system operation and user accessibility.
 * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning program effectiveness and compliance.
 * Support learning program implementation, including content uploads, course assignments, and data integrity checks.
 * Partner with Organizational Learning teams to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
 * Provide technical support for Workday Learning, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system updates.
 * Ability to work with internal and external auditors to run compliance reports and provide requested training records.
 * Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration.
 * Stay up to date with Workday system updates and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
