## About the Role

years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field AND 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a master's degree in computer science or a related technical field AND 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent experience. 6+ Professional experience designing, developing, testing, and operating full-stack web applications or distributed software systems. 4+ years' experience developing backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or comparable server-side technologies. 2+ years' experience building responsive and accessible web experiences using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Blazor, Angular, Vue.js, or comparable front-end frameworks. 2+ years' experience
designing and integrating REST APIs, including API contracts, versioning, error handling, authentication, authorization, telemetry, and resiliency. 6+ years' experience applying software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, design patterns, automated testing, code reviews, source control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. 6+ months of demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or comparable tools, to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, or documentation. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across engineering, product, and business disciplines. Experience with agent-development concepts such as tool calling, prompt and context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, Azure AI Search, structured outputs, conversation state, multi-agent orchestration, agent identity, evaluation, tracing, observability, and safety controls. Familiarity with
project scheduling, Oracle Primavera P6, work-breakdown structures, milestone management, schedule analytics. Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries, manage technical dependencies, mentor other engineers, and contribute reusable engineering assets and practice.
