## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a fully onsite contract opportunity in Houston. This is a hands-on role focused on PC imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and IT asset support., * Image and deploy laptops/desktops using PXE and USB

 * Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and network issues
 * Configure computers, VoIP phones, and network equipment
 * Support Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft 365
 * Install software manually and through Software Center
 * Manage IT assets, inventory, shipping, and receiving
 * Support PC refresh and deployment projects
