## About the Role

* Experience designing enterprise-grade dimensional data models based on business processes and entities.
 * Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and dbt development.
 * Experience building scalable Python-based data pipelines and transformation frameworks.
 * Experience working with Snowflake and cloud-native data warehouse architectures.
 * Experience aligning conceptual and logical data models with cloud infrastructure and platform capabilities.
 * Experience with GitHub, pull request reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
 * Strong understanding of data warehouse modernization, ELT patterns, and analytics engineering best practices.
 * Experience optimizing large-scale datasets through materialization strategies, CDC patterns, query tuning, and code optimization techniques.
 * Experience evaluating and designing solutions that meet data security and governance requirements.
 * Ability to take a strategic architectural perspective while remaining hands-on when needed.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Bachelor's Degree required.
 * Minimum of 4-5 years' experience.

## Description

The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on technical execution and will be responsible for ensuring data products are designed for scalability, performance, governance, and long-term sustainability., * Lead architecture, design, and delivery efforts supporting finance data products and modernization initiatives.

 * Support successful go-live and stabilization of finance data products.
 * Drive post-go-live performance analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement efforts.
 * Lead migration of legacy V1 dependencies to modernized data products and platforms.
 * Support broader EW/BW migration and transformation initiatives.
 * Design enterprise-grade dimensional, conceptual, and logical data models aligned to finance business processes.
 * Review scalable data solutions using SQL, dbt, Python, and cloud-native data platform technologies.
 * Ensure architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across finance data products are following client standards.
 * Perform solution reviews, pull request reviews, and architecture governance activities.
 * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise governance, security, and data quality standards.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and delivery teams
 * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
