## About the Role

* Microsoft Operating Systems

## Description

* Promptly respond to user tickets/inquiries in reference to PC's, network systems, hardware, software, printers, copiers, scanners and phone system.
 * Provide IT support which includes installation and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and all applications, including any customization as necessary.
 * Will be asked to troubleshoot communication, networking, computer and printer issues, and assist users via phone, remote or onsite.
 * Assist with server maintenance and network administrative activities.
 * Assist with IT Audit, Disaster Recovery backup/recovery/testing.
 * Establish and run vulnerability scans (OVAL) for testing, document new patches before deployment.
 * Maintain patching on computers.
