 * Floorwalking-Support vor Ort sowie Betreuung im Walk-In-Center (IT-Service-Point)
 * Telefonischer Remote-Support bei Fragen und Störungen rund um den Client-Rollout
 * Unterstützung bei Datensicherung und Übernahme von Einstellungen (z.B. Browser-Favoriten)
 * Wiederherstellung der Konnektivität, z.B. bei Verbindungsproblemen mit Zscaler
 * Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im Helpdesk-/Ticketsystem, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
