Technical Requirements

Backend Development - Python

 * 5+ years of Python development experience
 * Proficiency with Flask - RESTful API design, middleware, blueprints, app factory pattern
 * Proficiency with FastAPI - async endpoints, dependency injection, Pydantic models, OpenAPI documentation
 * Strong experience with SQLAlchemy - ORM modeling, migrations (Alembic), query optimization, relationship mapping
 * Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT, API keys)
 * Experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest)

Hardware Communication & Embedded-Adjacent Development

 * Experience with I2C and SMBus communication protocols
 * Familiarity with hardware adapters such as TotalPhase Aardvark or Promira

️ Frontend Development - React + Kendo UI

 * 3+ years of React development experience
 * Hands-on experience with Kendo UI for React (or Kendo UI jQuery/Angular equivalent) - Grid, Scheduler, Charts, Form components; Theming and customization
 * Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
 * Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant UIs
