 * Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Zertifizierungen in Projektmanagement (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) sind von Vorteil
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten im medizinischen Umfeld - von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Hands-on Mitarbeit bei technischen Aufgaben: Konfiguration, Schnittstellenintegration, Systemtests
 * Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams (IT, Labor, medizinische Fachbereiche)
 * Einführung und Integration medizinischer Schnittstellen (HL7, FHIR, LDT u.a.)
 * Optimierung bestehender IT-Systeme und Prozesse im Bereich Labor- und Praxissoftware
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsstandards im Gesundheitswesen
 * Anwendung klassischer und agiler Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, Wasserfall)
