## About the Role

* Must be 21 years of age or older
 * High diploma or GED
 * Passion for medical cannabis
 * Strong preference for fast trimmers with experience trimming large volumes in a professional setting
 * Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by the start date, which includes submitting fingerprints and passing a criminal background check
 * Effective time-management skills
 * Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred, but not required:

 * Horticultural degree
 * Previous professional experience trimming cannabis
 * Gardening production experience, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption
 * Manufacturing experience with an understanding of operations
 * Knowledge of medical cannabis law and cannabis medicinal applications

## Description

* Efficiently processes flowers during the post-production phase:
 + Preparing and trimming in a quick, precise, and dexterous manner
 + Maintaining the high-quality appearance and structural integrity of the cannabis plant
 + Ensuring the least amount of waste possible is produced
 + Assisting in the product transfer into the dry room
 + Weighing out product accurately to prepare for packaging
 + Recording data in all necessary software platforms
 + Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
 + Assisting in the packaging process as required.
 * Ensures assigned facility area is clean and safe:
 + Maintaining a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination
 + Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained
 * Performs other duties as assigned
