## About the Role

US Legal Support is seeking a Resource Support Analyst to establish and maintain strong relationships with court reporters and videographers while ensuring the seamless coordination of daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., * Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
 * Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
 * Strong skill set in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

## Description

* Establish effective and cooperative working relationships with court reporters
 * Coordinate daily communication via email, phone, and text to track the status of work products.
 * Maintain U.S. Legal Support standards and promote a positive company image.
 * Research and resolve general inquiries, providing timely follow-up with internal teams as needed.
 * Identify and address operational challenges to enhance efficiency for court reporters and clients.
 * Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and integrity in daily tasks.
 * Collaborate with leadership and colleagues on special projects as assigned.
 * Perform analysis of regional outcomes using Excel and SharePoint to support decision making by US Legal Support Leadership.
 * Support regional leadership in the evaluation of key trends.
