You don't need to be a software engineer. * A genuine power user of AI tools. You use them every day, you know what they're good at and where they fall apart. * Comfortable with ambiguity. A lot of what you'll touch has no existing solution yet. * At ease talking to clients, including technical teams at large organizations. * Fluent English, written and spoken. French is a plus. ## Description * Investigate and resolve technical issues raised by clients during and after onboarding: failed imports, metadata mismatches, integration errors, permission and access problems. * Dig into logs, API responses and existing scripts to find the actual root cause rather than patching the symptom. * Be a reliable point of contact for client technical teams, and escalate to Engineering with a clear diagnosis when something needs a product fix. Taking part in complex rollouts * Join large deployments alongside senior engineers: archive migrations, platform setups, bulk operations, backfills. * Own the repeatable parts of a rollout yourself: environment prep, configuration, data checks, validation before go-live. * Follow our deployment playbook, and improve it with what you learn in the field. Building so the team scales This part grows as you do. Once you know our deployments well enough to see what keeps coming back, you'll have room to build. * Turn recurring issues into something that stops them recurring: scripts, internal tools, AI agents. * Automate parts of our delivery work that are still manual today, and package what works so the rest of the team can reuse it. * Help the Deployment team get better at using AI day to day.
