## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
 * Familiarity and experience with Agile/Scrum framework.
 * Hands on experience with AI tools
 * Proficient in React.js, Node.js and Postgress SQL.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud architecture and services.
 * Strong experience with CI/CD (GitHub), enterprise integration toolsets, and IAM configurations.
 * Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Requirements:

 * AWS certification (Solutions Architect).
 * Experience with containerization and orchestration concepts.
 * Utility industry experience preferred.
 * Understanding of ERP systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and related databases.

## Description

We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our Supply Chain and Procurement Technology portfolio team. This is a hands-on leadership role for guiding a team of developers across full stack technologies, React.js, Node.js, Postgress database. This candidate will oversee end-to-end development, coordinate with business partners, EAM platform (Maximo), Cloud infrastructure, enterprise integration, CI/CD teams to deliver and maintain a high-quality product. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern web applications, Dev-Ops practices., * Participate in analysis sessions and support business analysts to document application requirements.

 * Architect and guide the team on AI solutions to support the portfolio
 * Architect and develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
 * Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
 * Design and manage data models and integrations with Postgress database.
 * Coordinate with cloud infrastructure team to deploy scalable, secure applications using AWS services.
 * Configure and maintain the CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
 * Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to ensure secure and stable communication between systems.
 * Provide support for production environments, including root cause analysis, incident management and change management procedures.
 * Collaborate with IT security teams to implement IAM and access controls.
 * Ensure adherence to business continuity and disaster recovery standards and planning.
