 * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
 * Demonstrated experience analyzing, documenting and improving business processes

Preferred Skills

 * Familiarity with construction technology platforms (Acumatica, HCSS) or similar.
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
 * Experience with system configuration, reporting, data analytics, and workflow automation.
 * Experience managing software vendors, implementation partners, and technology service providers.
 * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, workflow automation, and change management.
 * Experience with project management tools and methodologies for managing technology implementations and business initiatives.
 * Understanding of data governance, system security, user access, and application administration.

## Description

* Lead business systems initiatives from initial discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
 * Work closely with business leaders and subject-matter experts to understand operational needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
 * Manage system implementations and enhancements while balancing business priorities, timelines, resources, and organizational impact.
 * Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, data visibility, and operational excellence.
 * Support and improve core business applications, integrations, reporting, and data processes across the organization.
 * Develop documentation, processes, and best practices that promote consistency, system adoption, and effective use of technology.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing recommendations on systems, technology investments, and process improvements.
