Endpoint Management & IT Security * Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, mobile devices, and other endpoint equipment. * Support device enrollment, software deployment, and endpoint security configurations. * Assist with antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), email security, and vulnerability remediation. * Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and standards. System Monitoring & Technical Support * Monitor servers, storage, network devices, cloud services, and endpoint systems. * Escalate critical issues and assist with root cause analysis. * Provide second-level technical support for escalated hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues. IT Projects & Continuous Improvement * Participate in infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, migrations, hardware refresh projects, and technology deployments. * Assist with testing and implementing new technologies. * Maintain technical documentation, asset records, system configurations, and operating procedures. * Recommend improvements to infrastructure reliability, security, and operational efficiency. * Perform additional IT projects and responsibilities as assigned.
