## Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader responsible for requirements analysis, user-experience design integration, system architecture development, and multimedia/visual communication support. This role ensures technical solutions meet user needs, follow Sponsor engineering standards, and integrate seamlessly across the enterprise., * Lead elicitation, decomposition, documentation, and traceability of system and application requirements.

 * Facilitate technical reviews and cross-functional collaboration to ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned with mission needs.

User-Experience (UX) Design & Human-Centered Design

 * Support UX/UI design activities in alignment ensuring system interfaces adhere to modern usability standards.
 * Partner with UI/UX specialists and product teams to incorporate accessibility, intuitive workflows, and improved user satisfaction into engineering design.

Systems Engineering & Integration

 * Conduct systems architecture analysis, design reviews, integration strategies, and engineering verification/validation.
 * Coordinate integration of COTS/GOTS applications, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise services to ensure resilient technical performance.

Visual Media & Communications Support

 * Produce and review technical visual artifacts, including diagrams, workflow charts, system architecture graphics, and multimedia content used for stakeholder communication.
