## About the Role

De formation Bac à Bac+2 en informatique, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en support informatique.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'environnement poste de travail dans sa globalité.

En dehors de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu€ pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre rigueur et vos capacités d'organisation.
Vous avez le sens du service client et vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie auprès des utilisateurs.

## Description

Intégré au sein d'une équipe et détaché sur le site client (secteur public), vous êtes amené à réaliser les missions suivantes :

 * Installation de matériel
 * Réception et traitement des incidents, demandes sur votre périmètre (poste de travail, périphériques, salles de visioconférence, …)
 * Diagnostic et résolution d'incidents
 * Escalade au niveau supérieur si besoin
 * Mise à jour de l'ITSM et de la base de connaissances
 * Gestion du stocks (suivi des entrées/sorties de matériels, …)
 * Réaliser les inventaires

Environnement technique : OS Windows, MacOs, Office 365, SCCM, TeamViewer, TCP/IP
