* 7+ years of IT experience, including hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and enterprise SaaS platforms
 * Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform)
 * Significant experience with enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude
 * Proficiency in API integration, connector configuration, authentication, and permissions management
 * Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, application registration, and identity/access management
 * Experience providing complex technical support (L2/L3) and troubleshooting platform issues
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI governance, and data protection standards
 * Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

 * Provide advanced support for AI system incidents, performing root cause analysis and vendor escalation as needed
 * Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure AI tool deployment and usage
 * Assist in operationalizing AI use cases, including migrating and managing meeting notes and data repositories
 * Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance platform support and administration
