## About the Role

Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

## Description

To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations., * Provide day to day support for routine tasks and incidents assigned to the Collaboration team

 * Support routine tasks and maintenance for Microsoft 365 solutions, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and other affiliated applications
 * Collaborate directly with the Information Security and Privacy teams
 * Document standards and procedures related to the team
 * Ensures requests are completed on time and within scope
 * Keeps leadership informed on systems performance and problems.
