## About the Role

To qualify for the role, you must have

· Bachelor's degree

· Must have an active Top Secret clearance

· 1-3 years of related experience with Power BI SQL Microsoft Excel Data visualization techniques Data analysis methodologies Experience working with large and complex datasets

· Must be comfortable working in-person as needed in the Washington, DC area

Ideally, you'll also have

· Bachelor's Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines

· Data Engineering Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.

· Experience with Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies.

· Experience with Python for data processing and automation.

· Experience optimizing database and reporting performance. Microsoft Data Platform Azure SQL Azure Data Factory Statistical analysis and trend analysis.

· Data quality management. Dashboard development and KPI reporting. Self-service analytics solutions

Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Infrastructure, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel 20 - 30% or more.

## Description

The role will you to work closely with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and visualize data that supports audit, compliance, operational performance, and management reporting activities. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Your key responsibilities

· Validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources. Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and operational insights within complex dataset

· Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making

· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support audits, reviews, and operational assessments

· Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.

· Create visualizations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support organizational performance measurement efforts

· Recommend improvements to reporting processes and visualization standards
