## About the Role

* 2+ years of IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience supporting an enterprise environment (required).
\n

 * Strong proficiency troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications.
\n

 * Hands-on experience with Active Directory and enterprise ticketing systems.
\n

 * Solid understanding of basic networking, remote support, and hardware troubleshooting.
\n

 * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues beyond scripted troubleshooting.
\n

 * Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
\n

 * At least one relevant IT certification, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent.
\n

 * High school diploma or equivalent required.
\n

 * Healthcare IT experience is a plus, but not required.
