Woolly Bugger Solution is looking for a Computer System Administrator to provide equipment technical support to Headquarters STARCOM personnel at Patrick Space Force Bases, FL, We have a full-time Computer System Administrator position that provides technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, network, and software. Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility/configuration for web-based systems, and proposed technical solutions after troubleshooting error messages or other issues. Guide customers to the vESD link on their desktop and give instructions on how to open a ticket with the Communications Focal Point (CFP)., Provide support to STARCOM HQ location at Patrick SFB, FL.
