Drives SAFe adoption, SDLC standardisation, and alignment across Product, Portfolio, and IT. Enhances delivery performance, governance, compliance, and organisational capabilities while influencing senior stakeholders and leading teams in complex, multi-country environments., * Delivering the agile scaling transformation program end-to-end. * Acting as an ad interim Chapter Lead - Delivery Enablement, ensuring alignment between Product, Portfolio, and IT delivery. * Drive the formalisation of (secure) software development lifecycle standards & methods and its integration into the application lifecycle management. * Improving alignment between strategy, portfolio, and delivery. * Improving predictability and performance of delivery. * Improving internal capability in scaling roles (Agile, UX, QA). * Improving leadership alignment and adoption across entities. * Improving compliance with regulation and audit., * Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. * Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and delivery excellence.
