## About the Role

* 1+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting Avature
 * 1+ years supporting Talent Acquisition technologies, ATS, HRIS, or similar business applications
 * Hands-on Avature configuration experience with: Workflows Business rules Forms Templates Portals Permissions Troubleshooting
 * Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Avature
 * Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and the recruiting lifecycle
 * Experience assessing the upstream/downstream impact of system changes
 * Experience managing system enhancements, projects, testing, and implementations
 * Reporting and analytics experience, including reports, dashboards, metrics, and data integrity
 * Strong stakeholder communication and ability to partner with TA, IT, and business leaders
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
 * Avature certification is a plus. If not this person will get certified at the highest level.
 * Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
