Maintenance du matériel en effectuant régulièrement des mises à jour sur les postes
Déploiement et maintenance des solutions bureautiques
Réaliser des prestations d'infogérance N1
Participer au support technique de l'agence, notamment les incidents N1
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du poste et des processus associés (proposer des optimisations, partager des bonnes pratiques, etc.).
