They will play a critical role as a member of the IT Infrastructure team, which manages all aspects of support, infrastructure and Information Security., * Perform on-site and remote support for end users firm wide * Participate in hardware and software deployment initiatives * Perform minor equipment repairs * Participate in Office 365 related initiatives and issue resolution * Troubleshoot technologies related to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). E.g. Citrix, VMWare * Take active role in managing ITSM and CMDB * Member of Core Incident Response Team providing initial response to cybersecurity incidents * Develop and maintain documentation of processes and components of infrastructure * Assist in the development and implementation of technology training for users * Assist in development and automation of business processes at Alger.
