## Description

En tant qu'alternant Analyste Fonctionnel SAP & Support BI, vous êtes au cœur de la transformation digitale : vous accompagnerez les utilisateurs, participerez à l'amélioration continue des processus métiers et contribuerez à l'évolution des outils SAP & Business Intelligence.

Vos missions principales :

 * Gérer les droits d'accès SAP et analyser les besoins utilisateurs
 * Participer à la description des process métiers et à l'amélioration continue
 * Participer à des projets migration BI, ainsi qu'à l'upgrade et l'automatisation des outils
 * Travailler avec les équipes locales et internationales de la DSI
 * Proposer des idées d'optimisation ou d'automatisation des processus
 * Apporter un support sur la gestion des infrastructures (imprimantes, mobiles)
