## About the Role

* Formation Bac +2 minimum en informatique
 * Expérience réussie en support informatique et infrastructure
 * Bonne maîtrise des environnements Microsoft 365 et On-Premise
 * Connaissances en administration systèmes et réseaux
 * Maîtrise d'un outil ITSM, idéalement FreshService
 * Anglais professionnel impératif (écrit et oral)
 * Autonomie, sens du service et bon relationnel

## Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Infrastructure, vous intervenez sur le support utilisateurs et l'administration courante des infrastructures IT.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

 * Assurer le support utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2
 * Réceptionner, qualifier et traiter les demandes via l'outil ITSM FreshService
 * Escalader les incidents lorsque nécessaire et assurer leur suivi
 * Participer à l'administration et au maintien en condition opérationnelle des environnements Microsoft
 * Intervenir sur l'administration légère des serveurs et infrastructures
 * Gérer les accès réseau, Wi-Fi et VPN via les solutions Fortigate
 * Assurer le support des outils de communication et de téléphonie (Mitel, Teams, Kiamo)
 * Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédures et de la documentation
 * Participer ponctuellement à des projets IT et aux déploiements sur les différents sites du groupe
