## About the Role

Do you have experience in iOS?, * De formation BTS SIO ou BUT Informatique, vous avez 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du support informatique aux utilisateurs qui vous ont permis d'acquérir polyvalence, autonomie et aisance relationnelle

 * Connaissance environnement Microsoft (W11, Office, Intune)
 * Connaissance Apple iOS
 * Connaissance ITSM Service Now
 * Anglais niveau B2

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements très réguliers sur les 3 sites pour lesquels vous intervenez (CLAAS Tractor Vélizy 78 - CLAAS FRance Ymeray 28 - Usines CLAAS France Woippy 57)

## Description

Au sein d'une équipe de 7 personnes, vous intervenez pour 3 sites CLAAS en France (Vélizy 78 - Ymeray 28 - Woippy 57).

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

 * Assurer le support informatique aux utilisateurs
 * Administrer et assurer la continuité de fonctionnement des systèmes informatiques
 * Assurer la gestion et la configuration des postes de travail
 * Assurer la gestion et la configuration des terminaux de téléphonie mobile
 * Collaborer et implémenter en local les projets stratégiques du Groupe
 * Interagir avec les experts du Groupe dans leur domaine de spécificité (Réseau, Datacenter, Sécurité…)
