## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 * 8 years of experience in interaction design, product design or UX design.
 * 3 years of experience leading design projects from conception to launch.
 * Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
 * Experience designing AI/Agent first solutions, Generative UI, or agentic/autonomous workflows.
 * Proven ability to influence product strategy and gain executive buy-in, with strong prototyping skills, open mind, and ability to think out of the box.
 * Exceptional storytelling and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into compelling user narratives.
 * Willingness to move beyond traditional design tools to perform code-based prototyping, and desire to build and leverage code to develop concepts.

## Description

* Establish UX frameworks and bring system thinking to the problem space. Design scalable interaction patterns for non-deterministic AI behaviors.
 * Identify high-leverage opportunities for agentic solutions across the developer lifecycle, and tech stack, transforming nascent AI capabilities into actionable, user-centered product roadmaps.
 * Collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners across multiple product areas (PAs) to align workstreams, and establish cohesive developer experiences.
 * Serve as a trusted design strategist with Product Management and Engineering leads, balancing technical constraints with user value.
 * Drive end-to-end design execution and lead design quality, system thinking, and polish.
