## Description

The IT Sr. Project Manager is responsible for driving maturity and continuous improvement. The PM is required to communicate with both internal departments and third party vendors as needed. Additionally, the PM is responsible for prioritizing projects collaboratively with corporate leadership.

 * Work closely with business units, technology teams, and entitlements teams to ensure business requirements are met while following best practices.
 * Evaluate the firm's current posture and spearhead enhancements to policies, processes, and tools.
 * Document the strategy and capture key milestones as improvements are implemented.
 * Champion the program, ensuring that business partners understand the importance of sound practices to support their business initiatives.
 * Responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of all related projects.
 * Function as the liaison between other departments and third party vendors with respect to projects and processes.
 * Research changes and developments within the industry.
 * Provide high level decisions with respect to projects and other work related items.
