## About the Role

* Proven experience in internet or BDC sales within a dealership (required)
 * Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Outlook, CRM tools)
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * High school diploma or GED required
 * Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background and drug screening

## Description

* Engage with internet leads by phone, email, and text to build relationships and drive appointments
 * Follow up with internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic to maximize sales opportunities
 * Handle inbound calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer questions
 * Identify customer needs, provide product/service information, and schedule showroom or service appointments
 * Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
 * Maintain product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions
 * Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business
 * Work collaboratively with the sales team, upholding Cavender's values of professionalism and integrity
