## About the Role

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a long CNO development track record and real experience building and running high-performing teams.

Required:

 - Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of experience, master's degree plus 10 years, or PhD plus 8 years.
 - 12+ years programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python.
 - 10+ years programming CNO tools.
 - 5+ years leading, managing, or supervising teams that support CNO capability development.
 - Deep understanding of operating system internals and kernel-level programming.
 - Experience with reverse engineering frameworks (e.g., IDA Pro, Ghidra, OllyDbg) and
disassemblers/debuggers.

 - Experience providing technical leadership and guidance.
 - TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
