12+ years of relevant experience in Java engineering, cloud technologies, product ownership, product management, or techno-functional leadership, within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services., We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Product Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with product management, product ownership, and transformation leadership experience within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services., * Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

 * Experience developing scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications using AWS.
 * Knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, SQS, and SNS.
 * Understanding of AWS security, IAM policies, cloud networking, and cost optimization.
 * Experience with NoSQL databases such as Amazon DynamoDB or MongoDB.
 * Experience with AI-powered and AI-accelerated Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) practices.

Product Management and Leadership Skills

 * 12+ years of experience across product management, product ownership, or techno-functional leadership.
 * Proven experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and delivery.
 * Ability to connect business strategy, product requirements, and technical implementation.
 * Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
 * Experience defining and tracking business KPIs and measurable product outcomes.
 * Ability to lead complex modernization and transformation programs., * Strong combination of Java full-stack engineering and AWS cloud expertise.
