## About the Role

* An active TS//SCI clearance is required for this position

## Description

We have a full-time Computer System Administrator position that provides technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, network, and software. Provide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility/configuration for web-based systems, and proposed technical solutions after troubleshooting error messages or other issues. Guide customers to the vESD link on their desktop and give instructions on how to open a ticket with the Communications Focal Point (CFP).

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:

 - Provide support to STARCOM HQ location at Patrick SFB, FL.

 - Provide support and resolve issues computer networks and equipment.

 - Provide systems accounts for NIPRNET and SIPRNET workstations and provide systems support.

 - Set up or modify user access to the classified internet and e-mail accounts.

 - Troubleshoot any connectivity or configuration issues.

 - Support users with movement of data from classified to unclassified systems. Provide cell phone support.
