* Providing technical architectural guidance across Duck Creek Development and AMS and aligning solutions with client expectations
 * Ensuring proposed Duck Creek changes aligning with business requirements architectural standards and long-term platform objectives
 * Including technical architectural review of major implementations and configuration changes before appropriate client architecture review
 * Understanding external service workflows and recommending Duck Creek .NET integration enhancements
 * Identifying system bottlenecks analyzing execution timings ODCH logs and recommending solutions for application performance issues
