## Description

This full-time field-based role focuses on performing detailed inspections and testing activities on construction and private development sites, with support from a Franklin, WIbased office. The technician ensures that materials and workmanship meet required standards through on-site observation, sampling, and laboratory testing., * Perform field observations and testing during concrete placements to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.

 * Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of soil and aggregates on construction and private construction sites.
 * Collect and prepare concrete, soil, and aggregate samples for laboratory analysis.
 * Carry out laboratory testing of concrete cylinders, aggregates, and soil to assess strength, composition, and suitability for use.
 * Use appropriate hand tools and testing equipment safely and accurately during field and laboratory activities.
 * Document inspection and test results clearly and accurately, following established procedures and formats.
 * Communicate findings and potential issues observed on site to the appropriate project personnel in a timely manner.
 * Follow all safety procedures and best practices while working on active construction sites and in the laboratory.
