## About the Role

Oracle Federal Financials to support and deliver complex financial system initiatives for

federal clients. The ideal candidate brings a balanced combination of project

management expertise and functional knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials, with

experience supporting agencies such as the Department of Commerce highly preferred.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage cross-functional teams, provide

exemplary customer service, ensure compliance with federal financial regulations, and

drive successful project outcomes., * 7+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise system

implementations.

 * 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials (e.g., GL, AP,

AR, Budget Execution, Treasury integration).

 * Demonstrated experience producing a bureau-wide/agency-wide/Department-

wide budget formulation product

 * Demonstrated experience supporting federal agencies; Department of

Commerce experience strongly preferred.

 * Strong understanding of federal financial processes and compliance

requirements.

 * Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and

within budget.

 * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

 * Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or R12 implementations in federal

environments.

 * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

 * Experience working in a consulting or government contracting environment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in, * Lead end-to-end project management in support of Oracle Federal Financials

 * Serve as a trusted knowledgeable point of contact to resolve customer issues

promptly and professionally

 * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation

strategies.

 * Coordinate with federal stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and

success metrics.

 * Facilitate communication between technical teams, functional users, and

executive leadership.

 * Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as

needed.

 * Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and documentation to stakeholders.

 * Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
