## Description

Dans le cadre d'un projet avec un groupe du domaine de la santé, nous recherchons un Technicien Poste de travail.

Intégré à l'équipe IT et encadré par son responsable, vous êtes en charge de :

Réception et traitement des incidents et demandes de services via ticket, prise d'appel et demande de proximité.

Préparation et déploiement de postes informatique

Dispaching des demandes et incidents vers niveau 2

Acteur de projets divers de l'infrastructure
