## Description

* Coordinate driver assignments to ensure efficient trip coverage and service availability.
 * Monitor active trips and transportation activity throughout the shift.
 * Adjust routes and assignments as operational needs change.
 * Identify and resolve service delays or coverage gaps quickly and effectively.
 * Help maximize service efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction., * Serve as a primary operational contact for drivers during weekend shifts.
 * Provide trip information, route updates, and scheduling assistance.
 * Assist drivers with operational questions and service-related concerns.
 * Communicate important updates and instructions in a timely manner.
