## About the Role

* 5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in SAP programs.
 * Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.
 * Strong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
 * Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
 * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
 * Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * SAP BRIM/S4HANA implementation experience.
 * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
 * Experience managing global teams and SI/vendor relationships.

## Description

Support the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs, working with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
Responsibilities

 * Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
 * Maintain RAID logs and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
 * Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
 * Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-ups.
 * Track project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities.
 * Coordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI-CA.
 * Support testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning.
 * Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
 * Facilitate communication between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
