Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+2 en Informatique, vous avez idéalement un an d'expérience professionnelle, aimez le dépannage, le support PC.

Vous avez des connaissances en Windows Server et Exchange. Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences avec le soutien de notre Responsable informatique.

Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez travailler en autonomie tout en rendant compte de votre activité.

## Description

Rattaché(e) à notre Responsable Informatique, vous participez à la mise en place d'outils/logiciels et au bon fonctionnement et maintenance des systèmes qui englobent principalement le parc matériels. Vous aurez ainsi pour principales missions de :

 - Réceptionner et envoyer du matériel aux collaborateurs ;

 - Suivre les commandes de matériels et logiciels ;

 - Gérer les mises à jour du matériel, faire des nettoyages, installer des logiciels ;

 - Assurer le Helpdesk pour les utilisateurs (force de vente itinérante et siège) en utilisant un outil de ticketing et un outil de prise en main à distance ;

 - Dépanner le matériel (changement disque dur, écran, ) ;

 - Aider en matière d'administration système (Active Directory, messagerie Exchange, Windows Server et réseaux TCP/IP) en fonction de vos connaissances et spécialisations ;

 - Participer à la maintenance du site web (python Mysql) et à l'extraction des données de bases de données de nos différents progiciels, pour mettre en place des outils d'analyses via PowerBI par exemple.
