## Description

Au sein de l'équipe du pôle Projets Méthode Organisation Système d'Information, et en lien avec le Product Owner « Front SI », vous êtes en charge du suivi du fonctionnement des outils Front SI en étant l'interface entre le client/utilisateur, les équipes du CSMSI et les équipes internes.

A ce titre, vous êtes en charge du suivi des log des outils et de la résolution des problématiques rencontrés.

Vous analysez les causes de rejet et mettez en uvre les actions de correction, vous établissez un reporting hebdomadaire sur l'état des lignes de masterisation.

Intégré(e) comme Technicien(ne) d'exploitation des outils « Front SI », au sein du pôle Projets Méthode Organisation Système d'Information, vous dépendez d'un Product Owner et venez compléter l'équipe existante.
