## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience leading software development projects
 * Experience leading software development teams that provide enhancement and O&M support to a portfolio of applications
 * Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
 * HS diploma or GED
