## About the Role

* A minimum of 4 years' experience in Information Technology; experience with live events a plus.
 * 3 or more years' experience with the following:
 + Support of desktop operating systems (Windows, Macintosh) and mobile devices (IOS/Android).
 + Complex troubleshooting of systems and networks
 + IT support in an onsite, customer-facing role.
 + Cyber security tools such as EDR, vulnerability management, security awareness training, intrusion detection.
 * Certifications:
 + CompTia Security + or similar (Preferred)
 + Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)
 * Strong verbal, written communications, and customer service skills.
 * Strong working knowledge of networking concepts and support of TCP/IP protocols, DNS and DHCP.
 * Highly comfortable and capable of troubleshooting complex issues in a time sensitive manner.
 * Excellent organizational and project management skills, including ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of task or project.
 * Self-motivated and able to either work independently or as a team.
 * Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation.
 * Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift equipment up to 50 pounds, work extended hours, and participate in an on-call rotation.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ability to learn required business systems.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

 * Experience with MDM (Jamf)
 * Experience with Linux operating systems.
 * Experience with business applications, with experience in report writing, creating user documentation and/or specifications, etc.
