## About the Role

Diplômé(e) d'une formation en informatique, idéalement de niveau BAC+2, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire d'au moins 2 ans. Une bonne connaissance d'un environnement industriel agroalimentaire serait en plus.

Vos savoir-faire :

 * Utilisation d'un outil de ticketing obligatoire (type GLPI)

 * Téléphonie : XiVo, Smartphone Android

 * Système : Nagios, Linux, Windows, OCS, Annuaire, Samba, Haute disponibilité, déploiement de paquet logiciel via logon.

 * Réseau : VPN, Switch, compréhension architecture WAN, VLAN, DHCP, WiFi

## Description

Intégré à l 'équipe It et encadré par son responsable, vous êtes en charge de :

 * Vous assurez l'installation et la garantie de fonctionnement des équipements informatiques,

 * Vous assurez une assistance utilisateurs sur tout le système d'information (outils bureautiques, systèmes et réseaux),

 * Vous préparez et installez le matériel (poste de production, bureautique, imprimante, téléphone, terminaux industriels....),

 * Vous participez aux déploiements et à la mise à jour des applications et des systèmes,

 * Vous gérez la supervision des systèmes critiques de l'entreprise,

 * Vous participez à l'amélioration continue du système d'information et de l'équipe,

 * Vous enrichissez la base de connaissance interne.
