## About the Role

* Reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering experience

What You'll Do:

 * Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
 * Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
 * Analyze equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
 * Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Track and improve asset performance metrics, including OEE
 * Partner with maintenance and operations teams to enhance plant performance
