The Vice President of Americas Technology & Transformation reports directly to the CTO and is a senior member of the global Technology Leadership Team. Overseeing a team of business analysts, program managers and people managers, this leader will deliver solutions and provide new features prioritized by the business and product roadmaps using Agile delivery mechanisms., * Accountable for the deployment and maintenance of all business-related systems which include ERP, Financial, and Supply Chain platforms. * Define and drive ERP consolidation and rationalization roadmap for North America business units to simplify technology architecture while working closely with business units to simplify business process. * Effectively manages technical debt such that the organization is not put at risk in achieving business objectives. * Actively participates with business partners to develop long-range, data-driven strategic plans and manages policy development to address complex business issues. * Directs all system development to deliver on the Technology Strategy along with other requests and initiatives approved / prioritized with business partners (both commercial and custom- developed software packages). * Directs the team to define strong business requirements, oversees system design / software package selection and the definition of extensions for packaged solutions. * Provides direction, advice, and counsel to internal business executives in the selection and implementation of application systems.
