## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
 * 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
 * Experience managing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects.
 * Familiarity with PEMB manufacturers such as Butler, Nucor, Varco Pruden, Ceco, or American Buildings.
 * Experience utilizing PEMB design, estimating, or detailing software.
 * Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
 * Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

## Description

* Manage PEMB projects from preconstruction through final completion.
 * Coordinate with building manufacturers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
 * Review PEMB shop drawings, design documents, and procurement schedules.
 * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
 * Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
 * Utilize PEMB software and related construction technology to support project execution.
 * Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
 * Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and profitability goals.
